2 Bone-in Lamb chops (about 2 pounds each)

For Lamb Marinade

½ cup soy sauce

½ teaspoon turmeric

½ cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tablespoon corn oil

2 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt

For Bacon Brussel Sprouts

20 ounces Brussel sprouts (ends trimmed & halved)

1 tablespoon corn oil

10 ounces thick cut uncured bacon

1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

1. Mix Lamb marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Add marinade to meat, moving meat gently to ensure that meat is completely covered with marinade. Let meat marinade for 1 hour in a refrigerator.

2. Grill meat in Air Fryer at 400°F for 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side).

3. For Bacon Brussel sprouts, wash, trim ends and cut Brussel sprouts in halves. Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces and add to Brussel sprouts in a bowl. Then add corn oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and add to Air Fryer and roast at 400°F for 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking, remove and gently shake basket so that bacon and Brussel sprouts cook evenly.

4. Serve on a plate with glazed balsamic sauce. ENJOY!
